

Q: Are these inflatables safe?
A: Absolutely!! We have had each bouncer inspected and licensed by
the State of Ohio’s rides and safety division. The installation
technician has been properly trained to install and secure your
inflatable in the safest possible manner. The technician will also go
over all of the safety procedures and instructions with you.
Remember, these require 100% adult supervision at all times!
Jumperoo Inflatables is very concerned with the safety of everyone in
and around the inflatables.
Q: Where can I have an inflatable set up?
A: The best location would be on a flat level piece of grass. We can
also set up on concrete and asphalt, but prefer grass. The bouncer
will not harm your grass. We encourage you to survey the area of
choice, and remove all debris, rocks, sticks, and animal droppings.
Please keep in mind that a 110v Outlet must be within 100 ft. of chosen
area. If that is not possible, you will need to provide or rent a
generator. We do rent generators at a very reasonable rate.
Q: Can I have an inflatable indoors?
A: Yes, as long as the minimum size requirements are met. Church’s,
schools, day cares, and gyms often have plenty of space.
Q: Do you offer indoor party packages?
A: We have partnered with a local indoor facility to help
accommodate customers that would prefer an indoor event. Please
call with any questions regarding this option.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking date. This
amount will be taken off your total bill. This is a non-refundable
deposit except for weather cancellations. If the rental is cancelled 3
days prior of the rental date due to non weather related issues, your
deposit can be used towards another rental date. We just please ask
that you give as much notice as possible. Please note that if your
deposit is not received within 10 days of verbal confirmation, we
reserve the right to rent that piece of equipment to someone else.
Q: When should I reserve the inflatable that I want?
A: ASAP. Please understand that we work on a first come, first serve
basis. Please feel free to call Jumperoo Inflatables @ 330-940-9020 to
check for availability. If we are booked for the date that you need, we
can also place you on a reserve list in case of cancellations.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept cash, money orders, credit cards, and checks. Please
note that if you are paying by check. The full amount must be paid 5
days prior to rental. There is also a $35 NSF returned check fee.
Q: What is your weather policy?
A: Please keep in mind that we are always safety first. We constantly
monitor the weather reports to insure that we only operate in the
safest conditions. The inflatables cannot be used in the rain. If the
weather is very questionable, you will have the option to cancel prior
to set up. Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up, there will
be no refunds for any reason. Jumperoo Inflatables LLC reserves the
right to cancel the rental agreement in case of severe or inclement
weather. Please remember that we are more concerned with safety
than anything else.
Q: Are you licensed and insured in the State of Ohio?
A: Yes! Please check with any company that you are looking to rent
from, and be sure that they are licensed in the State of Ohio and can
provide you with adequate proof. Our units have been inspected by
the State of Ohio and meet all of the requirements to operate such
equipment.
Q: Do you charge for delivery or set up?
A: No. The rental price includes delivery within 20 miles of Mantua,
Ohio and professional set up of the inflatable. If you are outside of the
20 mile delivery area, please call us for a specific delivery charge. We
will be more than happy to accommodate your needs!
Q: Does your price include an attendant?
A: No, we do not provide an attendant. If you would prefer to have an
attendant at your event, we can arrange for a properly trained
attendant to work your event. This is a $25 an hour charge per
attendant. One attendant per inflatable.
Q: Can I pick the inflatable up and set it up myself?
A: No. This is not a DIY project. Our technicians have been properly
trained and certified to ensure that each bouncer is set up in the
safest possible manner. Safety first!
Q: Are your inflatables clean?
A: Yes! Our units are cleaned and sanitized between each rental.
Q: How long will it take to set up and take down?
A: We ask that you allow for at least 30 minutes for set up. We also ask
that you leave 20-30 min. to review all safety procedures and rental
agreement. We also figure on 30 minutes to take the unit down and
exit your property. These times may vary, and should be only used as
a general guideline.
Q: What is considered a full day rental?
A: A full day rental guarantees that you can have the unit for at least 5
hours or as many as 10. We generally start setting up around 8:00 a.m.
and start picking up at 6:00 p.m. We accomodate our schedule to the
hours of your function.
Q: Can I rent an inflatable for more than one day?
A: Yes! We can accommodate your needs while providing you with a

Q: Do you set up the inflatable the night before?
A: No, we always set up the morning of your party or function.
Q: Do you pick the Inflatable up the next day?
A: No, we always pick the inflatable up the same day. This policy helps
keep our units in pristine condition. This also takes the liability off of
you the customer, for any damage or theft to the unit during the night.
